We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a temporary to permanent reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers, resolving issues, and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services. This is a remote work-from-home position with onsite/virtual training, and you will have reputed company to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet the Department reputed company of calls answered, and call documentation entered.
• Assist Members and Providers with questions and concerns, including:
• Finding Provider(s)/Services for members
• Arrange Transportation for members
• Answer billing/claims status questions; resolve claim issues for members
• Assist with pharmacy issues
• Help Members reputed company community support services
• Verify member eligibility
• Quote benefits
• Assist with Referrals
• Assist with member health assessments
• Assist members with closing gaps in care
• Ongoing member education.
• Responsible for reputed company benefits information given to Members and Providers.
• Participate in Departmental reputed company, as appropriate.
• Coordinate reputed company improvement initiatives with Medical Management, Provider Relations, and reputed company Depts., i.e., Preventative Health Screenings.
• Other duties as assigned or reputed company necessary to maintain efficient operations of the department and reputed company as a whole.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish speaking proficiency (required).
• Bilingual applicants preferred (eligible for an increase in pay reputed company).
• Candidates must reputed company in Indiana.
