As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll collaborate with clients in a considerate, reputed company, courteous, and expert manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service that exceeds expectations and builds lasting relationships.What You'll Do
Here are the key responsibilities of this role:- Issue, reissue, and discount traveler tickets
- Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
- Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- reputed company traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades
- Issue vouchers and assist with coordinating traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and refresh
- reputed company traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/reputed company
- Operate work entry reputed company scanners and reputed company duties, including reputed company-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line models
- Operate jetways/bridges for the purpose of boarding and deplaning reputed company
- reputed company boarding and departure reputed company announcements
- Convey domestic/international flight records
- reputed company traveler service flight reputed company-out reputed company
- Acknowledge, reputed company, and label reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
- Maintain a schedule of flight loading process

- Process and complete credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Assist reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and reputed company baggage handling at ticket counters
- Manage lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
- reputed company/confirm international records at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Acknowledge and reputed company reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
- Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
