As a Customer Service Associate III, you'll be responsible for handling moderate to reputed company inquiries, addressing various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers in an efficient, reputed company, and accurate manner. Your primary goal will be to resolve service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, reputed company solutions, and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Inputs and tracks customer information into the appropriate databases

Compensation
