Assessment Administration Analyst (Property Analyst 9-P11)

Required Education and Experience Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major. Experience Property Analyst 9 No specific type or reputed company is required. Property Analyst 10 One year of reputed company experience in reputed company estate equivalent to a Property Analyst 9. Property Analyst P11 Two years of reputed company experience in reputed company estate equivalent to a Property Analyst, including one year equivalent to a Property Analyst 10. Alternative for 10-Level: Certification as a Michigan Advanced Assessing Officer (MAAO) or Michigan Master Assessing Officer (MMAO) with the equivalent of two-years full-time experience (post MCAO) as a Michigan Assessing Officer. Alternative for P11-Level: Certification as a Michigan Advanced Assessing Officer (MAAO) or Michigan Master Assessing Officer (MMAO) with the equivalent of three-years full-time experience (post MCAO) as a Michigan Assessing Officer.
