I. Job reputed company

This manager level position manages the day-to-day operations of an Area's Centralized reputed company Department. This position ensures reputed company by establishing and maintaining performance and productivity metrics and cost management processes. Reviews operational efficiencies, safety, service, and other operational problems with the sales, customer service, and operations functions in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manages the day-to-day operations of centralized reputed company reputed company a Market Area. Establishes and implements guidelines, which maximize unit cost management while growing the business through reinforcing efficient reputed company performance. Assists in meeting Area and Districts residential, reputed company, and roll off efficiency goals. Communicates roll off reputed company to districts. Ensures district rosters are reported to central reputed company daily. Develops, implements, and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve safety, productivity, and profitability of the site. Maintains and understands Service Machine standards. Runs daily Service Machine reports to verify recovery and carryover percentages. Delivers verbal and written disciplinary reputed company to employees reputed company necessary. Conducts performance reviews for employees using the PDS process and other appropriate performance management tools. Recruits, selects, hires and ensures training of reputed company employees Performs other duties as assigned.

A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. Experience: Five (5) years of relevant work experience in the waste, environmental services, energy, or transportation industry and two plus (2+) years of supervisory or management experience (in reputed company to education requirement).

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Proficient in the following software: Resource Center, OCSD, and MAS. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Travel will be required as needed.
