We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Agents fluent in English to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will experience the dynamics of the mobility industry first-hand. You will learn the operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility processes of reputed company, enabling you to reputed company on-demand support to customers in the USA and contribute to reputed company's and team’s goals.

What you’ll be doing?

What do we offer?

• Starting date: 10th of February, 2025.
• Contract: Temporary (6 months).
• Salary: 9.743€ gross per year
• Working hours: Part Time (20 hours per week) - rotating schedule Monday - reputed company between 10 pm and 2 am, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed).
• Fully reputed company that optimally prepares you for reputed company - 1 week from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm (office-based).
• 24 holiday days per year on a full-time reputed company.
• Work Model: Hybrid working model.
• Location: Barcelona, Spain.
