reputed company is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint / reputed company 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support government acquisition systems, data management, and analytics initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The SharePoint / reputed company 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a critical role in supporting the Government’s mission by providing expert support in managing contract data environments, developing analytics solutions, and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. This role focuses on SharePoint Online, reputed company 365 tools, database development, reporting, data validation, and supporting data-driven decision-making across acquisition and contracting operations. This position supports a Government office responsible for acquisition management, contract reputed company, and data modernization. The SME contributes to improved data reputed company, reputed company reporting capabilities, and informed acquisition decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company subject matter expertise in SharePoint Online, reputed company 365 tools, reporting tools, and data analytics solutions.
• Design, reputed company, maintain, and update SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, database structures, tables, queries, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support development and maintenance using tools such as SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and reputed company Power Platform.
• Conduct testing and reputed company assurance of system updates to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with standards.
• reputed company and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint environments, database systems, workflows, and user guidance.
• Create and refine reports, queries, dashboards, and Power BI visualizations to reputed company actionable insights into acquisition and contract activities.
• Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation from contract writing systems and procurement databases.
• reputed company data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement in acquisition operations.

Assist with transition and migration to new systems, including SharePoint migrations and legacy data preservation. reputed company troubleshooting and technical support for SharePoint, reputed company 365, and reporting issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company data solutions that support acquisition workflows and business processes. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance data reputed company, usability, and system performance.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, or a reputed company field.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance through the Government.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint Online, reputed company 365, database development, data analytics, and reporting in a federal or reputed company environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, database management systems, and data modeling.
• Experience with reputed company 365 tools including reputed company, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
• Experience supporting contract management systems and acquisition data environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
