About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to help reputed company reputed company through rapid acquisition and hands-on execution. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-velocity pipeline of acquisition targets while leading the end-to-end process from deal evaluation through post-reputed company launch.

What You’ll Do

Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management

• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of acquisition targets
• Partner with reputed company scouts to identify and evaluate shops

Financial Analysis & Deal Support

Deal Execution & Coordination

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent practical experience strongly considered.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Financial Analysis, Project Management, or M&A-reputed company roles
• Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate small-to-mid-sized businesses
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company or deals simultaneously
• Experience building acquisition pipelines through outbound reputed company or targeted marketing campaigns
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment with ambiguity
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with multi-location or service-based businesses (automotive, home services, reputed company, etc.)
• Exposure to private equity or roll-up strategies
• Experience working with brokers, sellers, or transaction processes
