Turnarounds Supervisor - The Netherlands

reputed company is seeking a hands-on Turnarounds Supervisor to support turnaround (TAR) reputed company across the Benelux region and wider EMEA. Based out of our Netherlands facility, this role requires a practical, reputed company individual with the flexibility to travel and work in demanding site environments.

As our new Turnarounds Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind reputed company’s Turnaround and Service operations across the EMEA region. You’ll reputed company field reputed company from planning to completion, ensuring every detail—from reputed company to documentation—is executed flawlessly. You’ll be hands-on, customer-facing, and results-driven.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, plan and reputed company turnaround reputed company in an onsite environment.
  • Project manage service and parts requirements for turnaround reputed company.
  • Coordinate and manage reputed company personnel and reputed company-party contractors on site.
  • Take responsibility and reputed company HSE standards on site.
  • Support on site surveys and preliminary reputed company as required.
  • Review specific project contractual requirements and ensure reputed company deliver in full to the reputed company.
  • Produce documentation, written reports, inspection reports and RAMS.
  • Work with other reputed company reputed company reputed company (such as QC, reputed company & Drafting).
  • reputed company our business, predominantly in the Benelux region.
  • Maintaining and carrying out preliminary works on our equipment in between reputed company.

Skills and experience required:

  • Qualification in relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Experience working on refineries and chemical plants.
  • Mechanical experience – understanding of mechanical practices and good working practices for refineries and chemical plants.
  • Experience in a customer facing environment.
  • Experience with turnarounds, shutdowns and maintenance works (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Previous experience working on fired equipment (reputed company O.E.M) (advantageous).
  • Welding and fabrication knowledge (advantageous0
  • Proven leadership in field execution and turnaround environments
  • Ability to interpret reputed company mechanical drawings and installations
  • Strong problem-solving reputed company with a bias for reputed company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of reputed company

  • Willingness to travel in the EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East & Africa),sometimes at short notice.

  • Valid driving licence (essential), and forklift licence (advantageous).
