RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and optimize reputed company, fast-moving calendars across two executives, ensuring alignment to priorities and proactively resolving conflicts
Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end, including detailed itineraries and seamless execution
Manage high-volume inbound communication across email, reputed company, and other channels with strong prioritization and judgment
Prepare executives for meetings by assembling context, materials, and reputed company objectives; capture notes, reputed company reputed company, and ensure follow-through
Build and continuously improve systems that increase executive reputed company, including AI-enabled workflows for scheduling, communication, and task management

QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally supporting multiple leaders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
