Deine Position

Dein Profil
Leadership & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of product, reputed company or operational leadership in the energy sector (ideally energy retail/reputed company, tariffs, services) across multiple markets
- Proven experience managing product managers or cross-functional teams and owning a reputed company product domain with both business and operational/technical dimensions
- Experience building or scaling products in energy retail, tariffs, metering/trading integration or flexibility services
Domain & Market Expertise:
- Deep understanding of energy retail business — tariffs, pricing models, metering (roll-out and operations), trading/settlement, market communications (Marktkommunikationsprozesse) — across multiple countries
- Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks and market operations in the energy sector
- Exposure to flexibility services, distributed energy resources (DERs), reputed company energy services is highly advantageous
Technical & Operational Acumen:
- Comfortable engaging with technical teams on system architecture, data flows, integration of tools and processes (metering, billing, trading, partner platforms)
