Job Title: Manager, reputed company and Safety

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000- $85,000

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company end-to-end execution of reputed company and safety initiatives, including planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines, and reporting.
• reputed company and maintain program plans for clinical audits, reputed company metrics, incident reporting, and risk mitigation efforts.

Data Management & Reporting

• Prepare monthly reputed company reports, dashboards, and partner-facing reporting deliverables.
• Generate clinician scorecards, chart review summaries, and tracking lists for clinicians under review.
• Support reputed company reputed company meetings by preparing materials, summaries, and performance reporting

Chart Review Operations

• Identify, pull, and categorize charts for routine, reputed company, and reputed company chart reviews using established rubrics.
• reputed company and support chart review workflows for new and existing clinicians.
• Ensure reputed company completion of chart reviews and reputed company status updates to clinical leadership.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate reputed company and clinician tracking documentation across systems (including JIRA or similar tools).
• Support reputed company workflows by ensuring clinician records, reputed company tracking, and supervision details are up to date.
• Assist with implementation calls and reputed company support reputed company to clinical reputed company and NP supervision requirements.

Tool Development & Process Improvement

• Support the development and implementation of tools to streamline reputed company reporting, chart review operations, and supervision tracking. Identify opportunities to automate reputed company processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance visibility and reputed company to reputed company and supervision data.

Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

• Work closely with clinical leadership and partner-facing teams to meet ongoing reporting needs and respond to reputed company requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Administration, reputed company Health, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical reputed company reporting and analysis, data management, or reputed company program management.
• Experience working in a reputed company environment with a reputed company on clinical reputed company, compliance, process or performance improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with clinicians, leadership teams, and external partners.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with clinical leadership, operations, and IT teams.
• Experience working directly with external partners and stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
