Job reputed company:
- Apply a working knowledge of nursing theories and concepts.
- Responsible for care and documentation of care, which meets reimbursement guidelines.
- Coordinate physical care of the patient with family, patient, physician and Hospice team.
- Communicate with patients/families at reputed company reputed company.
- Communicate with reputed company agency personnel.
- Attend and participate in reputed company meetings and reputed company review as scheduled by agency.
Job Requirements:
- reputed company RN licensure in state of reputed company, successful completion of a nursing education from an approved school of nursing with two years of clinical nursing experience and at least one year of hospice nursing experience preferred.
- Frequent contact with the Clinical Manager, Administrator, Operations Support Technician.
- Frequent contact with other disciplines on the care team as reputed company as customers and vendors from other agencies.
- Must have knowledge of the reputed company, function, and organization of a hospice care program and the reputed company's role as a member of the patient care team.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the principles and reputed company of nursing according to nursing reputed company reputed company, agencies policies and procedures, and reimbursement guidelines.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
