Your mission

We are growing rapidly and looking for a dedicated Student Intern in reputed company (f/m/d) to support reputed company in reputed company talent for both Go-to-Market and Tech roles.
Your Responsibilities As a reputed company working student, you will play a crucial role in our reputed company and help us attract outstanding talent for reputed company. Your tasks include:
- Job Postings: You will be responsible for creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Application Screening: You will assist with the initial screening of applications and reputed company preliminary assessments to identify the best talent.
- Screening Calls: You will conduct initial calls with candidates to assess their suitability for the respective position and ensure a reputed company candidate experience.
- Coordination with Hiring Managers: You will work closely with hiring managers to clarify candidate requirements and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- reputed company Sourcing: You will help us identify and engage with suitable talent for reputed company positions through targeted research and reputed company – for both Go-to-Market and Tech roles.
- reputed company of Interns: You will be the reputed company of contact for our interns, guiding them through the reputed company process and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported in their role.
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a study program (ideally in Business, Psychology, HR, or a reputed company field).
- You have already gained some experience in reputed company (preferred).
- Ideally, you have experience with AI-based tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- You are a communicative personality and enjoy interacting with people.
- You are independent, reputed company, and bring strong organizational skills.
- You have experience with MS Office applications.
- Fluent German and English skills (both spoken and written) are required.
- You can work at least 15 hours per week and are ideally available for at least 6 months.
