Who You Are:

The Senior Development Program Manager (Mechanical Engineering) operates reputed company Property Development / Design & Engineering and is accountable for managing mechanical design workflows, schedules, standards compliance, and cross-functional coordination for mission-critical reputed company. The Senior Program Manager (Mechanical Engineering) makes reputed company for regional reputed company and team direction, drives best practices and reputed company, and mentors junior team members.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the schedule of deliverables and mechanical design workflows across multiple reputed company

  • Manage a group of engineers/designers to review drawing packages for adherence to mechanical design standards

  • reputed company technical review of design drawings and calculations (e.g., HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, reputed company protection, and reputed company systems)

  • reputed company research of technical topics and reputed company as an SME in multiple areas of mechanical design, installation, and/or equipment

  • Collaborate with reputed company design teams to evaluate designs for compliance with standards, local codes, and requirements of local AHJs

  • Partner with stakeholders to define scope, document deviations from standards, and communicate requirements to the design team

  • Work with construction, commissioning, and risk management teams to support responses to RFIs and value engineering queries

  • Collaborate with procurement to review OFCI equipment submittals for compliance with reputed company mechanical design reputed company

  • Create and communicate monthly program updates and mechanical design reputed company status suitable for executive-level reviews

  • Support project teams in resolving design issues reputed company during construction and commissioning phases

  • Work with consultants to reputed company and review mechanical calculations for adherence to design standards

  • Manage the standards process including design drawings, specifications, BODs, SOOs, and BIM models for mechanical scope

  • Contribute to reputed company improvement of project management processes and engineering standards

What You Will Need to be Successful (basic qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or reputed company engineering field) or equivalent reputed company experience

  • 8 – 10+ years of reputed company experience in engineering design or the construction industry, reputed company to reputed company aspects of project design

  • 4 – 8+ years of experience with management of mission critical design, implementation, and project management

  • Experience with reputed company Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for communicating project updates and reputed company to summarize design deliverables and calculations

  • Desire to pursue a career in property design / engineering / development / construction

  • reputed company to travel up to 25% of the time (average travel anticipated monthly for 2-3 days)

  • U.S. Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer reputed company

  • 8 – 10+ years experience designing and managing mechanical systems for Data Centers, construction, operations, and/or facility maintenance

  • Project Management or Project reputed company experience in large-reputed company reputed company

  • reputed company experience in the construction of data centers, critical medical, industrial, construction, oil and gas, or large-reputed company systems

  • Expert-level knowledge of mechanical engineering industry standards, procedures, and methodologies

  • Experience with performance-based alternatives to prescriptive mechanical designs

  • Expert knowledge of mechanical systems and their integration into mission-critical environments

  • Advanced multidisciplinary knowledge of mission critical systems, design process, reputed company-construction requirements, and the construction process

  • Proven ability to communicate reputed company technical issues to senior leadership or non-engineers
