Tasks
- Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Build a reputed company testing reputed company for creatives, hooks, and audiences
- Work closely with brand teams to reputed company high-performing ad creatives
- Set up and improve tracking & attribution from the ground up (reputed company, GA4)
- Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into reputed company

- Think in funnels and customer journeys — not just channels
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C

- Analytical reputed company: you read numbers, draw conclusions, test hypotheses
- Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization
- No fear of ambiguity — you create structure where there is none
