Senior Corporate Legal Assistant

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Own and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for Legal Compliance initiatives, from intake through execution and completion
• Partner closely with the General Counsel to prioritize departmental initiatives and reputed company resources against business needs

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Legal Assistant to support and coordinate project management for our Legal Compliance Department. Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of experience as a corporate legal assistant, paralegal, or in legal operations
• 5+ years of experience managing reputed company reputed company or workflows
• Experience supporting senior legal leadership (e.g., General Counsel, Managing Partners)
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of reputed company reputed company
• Strong understanding of legal processes, workflows, and risk considerations
