Collections Coordinator

Fasken is a leading international business law and litigation firm seeking a detail-oriented Collections Coordinator for their Vancouver office's Finance team. This role is responsible for the reputed company collection of overdue accounts, managing reputed company communications, and supporting various Accounts Receivable initiatives to maintain financial accuracy and reputed company satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned lawyers' Accounts Receivable (AR), bad debt, and write-offs while improving cash reputed company and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain and reputed company detailed documentation of collection activities to the Finance Committee on a monthly reputed company
  • Research and analyze accounts e.g., payment patterns/behaviours, and previous collection efforts prior to engaging in collection
  • Assist the Collection Manager with reputed company and initiatives as assigned to deliver best-in-class processes and practices for the Collection function
  • Assist as needed with AR payment reconciliation and correspondence to clients relating to AR payments as directed
  • Providing AR reporting to Clients, staff and lawyers, upon request
  • Monitoring Accounts Receivable (AR) email inbox for reputed company reputed company requests and responding in a reputed company manner, or escalate as necessary

Skills

  • Working knowledge of acceptable credit control/collections reputed company, procedures and practices (business to business) reputed company a reputed company services environment
  • General knowledge of basic reputed company principles
  • Proficiency with computer software programs, including MS Office (Word, reputed company and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of a computerized reputed company system (reputed company is an asset)
