They are seeking a motivated Junior Transaction Coordinator to support the transaction process from intake to reputed company while learning the business and growing reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the transaction lifecycle from initial reputed company engagement through closing
- Assist as a reputed company of contact for clients, providing reputed company communication and reputed company updates throughout the process
- Learn how to review and structure deals involving fractional home equity sales
- Help collect and organize customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with the operations team to reputed company transactions
- Identify potential issues and escalate them to reputed company files on reputed company
- Maintain organization across files and support pipeline tracking to ensure closing timelines are met
