CRE Large Loan Originations Associate - Associate
reputed company is seeking an Associate level applicant for their reputed company reputed company Estate (CRE) team in reputed company to support Large Loan Origination efforts. The role involves preparing financial analyses, coordinating transactions, and managing asset responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for preparing reputed company financial analyses and pricing models
- Write internal investment summaries and credit memos
- Coordinate transactions reputed company tight timeframes, involving several reputed company reputed company reputed company, Joint Venture investment partners and reputed company-party advisors
- Produce institutional-reputed company presentations, case studies, and marketing materials

Skills

- Bachelor's degree required
