Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing a reputed company of customer service activities for typically less reputed company RCS customers, including responding to telephone, written, and other inquiries regarding account balances, interest rates, charges, statement requests, and other issues.
- Referring more reputed company questions to more reputed company personnel and assisting with research work as needed, particularly with information gathering.
- Resolving problems immediately reputed company authority, deferring for additional research or forwarding to supervision or dispute reputed company as needed.
- Referring customer disputes to research area and processing customer mail/e-mail, website, fax, and other correspondence.
- Maintaining updated customer account information and consulting more reputed company customer service personnel with problems and questions.
- Developing knowledge of credit card customer service industry practices, credit card products and services, division policies and procedures, and applicable consumer credit and other regulatory guidelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, business operations, or a reputed company field.
- Proven experience with data analysis, business intelligence, and written communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, and experience with business analysis tools and software.
- Familiarity with credit card customer service industry practices, credit card products and services, and applicable consumer credit and other regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
