We're currently reputed company reputed company for our Center of reputed company Customer Service group. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company telephone, internet, or written correspondence. You'll engage with members, providers, and plan sponsors to reputed company them on reputed company plans, tools, and resources, and guide them along a reputed company reputed company to care.Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues reputed company telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Engage with members, providers, and plan sponsors to reputed company them on reputed company plans, tools, and resources
- Guide members along a reputed company reputed company to care, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of reputed company plans
- Answer questions and resolve issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and plan sponsors
- Triage resulting rework to appropriate staff

- Handle extensive file review requests

- Assist in compiling claim data for customer audits
- Determine medical necessity, applicable coverage provisions, and verify member plan eligibility relating to incoming correspondence and internal referrals
- Handle incoming requests for appeals and reputed company-authorizations not handled by Clinical Claim Management
- reputed company review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible
