As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs, and optimizing sales goals. Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies, addressing their needs and concerns in a reputed company and effective manner.

• Optimize sales goals by managing time and resources, ensuring consistent sales performance and meeting targets.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers, reinforcing the value of arenaflex's brand and pet insurance products.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

* arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

• Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks, plus one week of nesting.
• Training start date: September 8, 2025.
• After training, you'll work a fixed schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, with one weekend a month on a rotating schedule.
