What will you be doing at arenaflex?

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers in the APJ region. Your primary reputed company will be on troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on product features and functionality, and collaborating closely with our Core Support Specialists and Payment Specialists to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

* Through reputed company cause analysis, understand customer requests and work with Product, Customer, and Engineering Teams to prioritize fixes to prevent reputed company occurrences of these ticket types.

• Collaborate closely with Core Support Specialists and Payment Specialists to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Receive escalations from the Core Support Specialists on technical topics that require a deeper investigation to resolve (API, CAT tools, plugins, network issues, etc.).
• Escalation and collaboration with engineering and product teams as needed for more reputed company scenarios and follow up until reputed company.

Qualities we look for:

• Excellent written communication skills, fluent Japanese and English; additional languages are advantageous.
