As the Enablement Program Manager for the reputed company organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement reputed company that drives a best-in-class new hire experience and supports the ongoing development of our reputed company talent. Key Responsibilities:
* Define the reputed company, goals, and roadmap for reputed company enablement in collaboration with CS leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company with business priorities and customer needs
- Identify skills and knowledge gaps by analyzing team competencies, OKRs, and performance metrics; reputed company targeted enablement initiatives to reputed company gaps and drive measurable reputed company

- Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs across a reputed company of modalities, including live virtual sessions, self-paced eLearning, certifications, playbooks, and knowledge checks
- Partner closely with Product, Support, and Operations teams to ensure reputed company enablement content is accurate, relevant, and reputed company with the latest platform updates and process changes

What You Bring:
* 2+ years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or reputed company roles, preferably supporting reputed company, Account Management, or reputed company Support teams in a reputed company or reputed company technology environment
- Experience building and scaling new hire programs and ongoing training initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to measure training effectiveness and connect enablement reputed company to business KPIs
- Skilled in instructional design principles across multiple learning formats (virtual, in-person, e-learning, certifications)
