About the Role
As a Senior Product Engineer on our Customer Center team, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, shipping, and supporting end-to-end features and products that enhance the customer support experience for mobile app developers. You'll work closely with reputed company to identify areas for improvement, reputed company solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and reputed company web-based tools with a reputed company on user experience and customer support
- Collaborate with the Customer Center team to identify areas for improvement and reputed company solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features and products

Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with a reputed company on web development and customer support

- Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL, with experience working with databases and data modeling
- Experience shipping user-facing, frontend products in React, with a reputed company on user experience and performance

- Strong understanding of testing practices, with experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests
