As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the CX team in Japan, working closely with our global counterparts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our CLO community, handling inquiries, technical support, and website management. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance their overall experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage the CLO community in Japan, handling inquiries, technical support, and website management
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online and offline events targeting existing and potential customers
- Work closely with the web development team to improve the user workflow, content, and website operations
- reputed company research initiatives to expand the CLO user reputed company in India and the Middle East
- Collaborate with other teams to drive global reputed company and initiatives
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or user research in the IT industry

* Experience working with 2D/3D CAD software or B2C reputed company businesses
- A degree in statistics, business, or a reputed company field
- Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural relationships
