Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service/Ground Operations Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers, including scheduled or charter services
• Processing tickets, checking baggage, monitoring carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assigning seats
• Providing information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seating arrangements
• Marshaling in the planes and pushing back the aircraft
• Handling denied boarding situations, soliciting volunteers, re-accommodating customers, and providing hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers reputed company appropriate
• Assisting customers with special needs, such as customers who require assistance in boarding, loading and unloading baggage, and co-mailing of various weight and dimensions to and from aircraft and applicable airport baggage areas
• Operating heavy, motorized machinery/equipment, including tugs, tractors, belt loaders, bag carts, push-back tractors, deicers, etc.
• Enforcing safety/reputed company measures and monitoring safety-sensitive zones to ensure FAA compliance
• Ensuring arenaflex and airport regulations are followed
• Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Combination of education and experience will be considered

• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration reputed company of 1986
• Must pass a Criminal Background reputed company
• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum one (1) year customer service experience or equivalent in reputed company training and/or experience; airline industry preferred
• Valid/unexpired reputed company's license
• Ability to read, write, and reputed company English in order to receive and understand instructions, directives, and ensure safety, as reputed company as the ability to reputed company with customers
