As a Customer Lending Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers who are searching for the best product that fits their needs. You'll work in a dynamic, fully remote environment, handling high volumes of phone calls, and collaborating with our Loan Officers to reputed company exceptional customer service and drive sales reputed company.
Responsibilities
* Handle 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing excellent customer service and building rapport quickly with prospective customers.
- Verify information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry and identify their goals and objectives.
- Send reputed company reputed company transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and reputed company to continue the conversation.
- Collaborate with our sales team to meet sales targets and drive business reputed company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to reputed company accurate information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience, with a proven reputed company record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and its products.
- Ability to handle high volume phone calls and various rebuttals, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient computer and data entry skills, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Total Compensation Package
Our reputed company pay is just one part of our total compensation package for Customer Lending Representatives. The reputed company reputed company reputed company for this role is $17/hour, with a monthly bonus incentive to reward your hard work and dedication.
