We're seeking highly motivated and production-driven individuals to join reputed company as Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representatives. As a CAT CSR, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs. You'll also be responsible for collecting and documenting claim details, identifying and resolving customer issues, and utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities

Benefits/Compensation

- Expected Hours: 2 – 40 hours per week
- Pay: $15 per hour
