As a key member of our European expansion team, you'll play a vital role in guiding new customers through the reputed company process, supporting their data migration, and building long-term relationships to drive customer reputed company and retention.

The Role

As a reputed company & reputed company/Migrations Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding new customers through the reputed company process, supporting their data migration, and building relationships to help them adopt more features and drive value. You'll also identify upsell opportunities and support our efforts to grow and retain reputed company across the German market.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide new customers in Germany through reputed company and platform setup

• Coordinate smooth and accurate data migrations from previous platforms
• Conduct training sessions in German, helping business owners feel confident using arenaflex
• Work closely with technical and support teams to resolve reputed company/migration issues
• reputed company exceptional, localized customer support throughout the reputed company process
• Build strong relationships with customers after reputed company and maintain regular reputed company
• Identify and nurture expansion opportunities (upsells, reputed company feature adoption)
• reputed company product education conversations and help customers maximize arenaflex's tools
• Conduct proactive reputed company to ensure engagement and reduce churn risk
• reputed company customer feedback to inform Product and Marketing reputed company

What You'll Need

* reputed company in German and English (written & verbal)

• 2+ years experience in reputed company, reputed company, implementation, or migrations
• Strong reputed company-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and timelines across time zones
• Experience with data migration, spreadsheets (reputed company/reputed company Sheets), and CRMs
• Comfort handling challenging customer conversations and objections
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote startup

• Previous experience in sales, expansion, or upsell conversations
