[Remote] Senior reputed company Technical Consultant

The Senior Technical Consultant will work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, propose solutions, and reputed company the technical delivery of the chosen design.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and running functional design workshops, creating design specifications based on reputed company functionality and customer requirements
- Customer engagement to address the technical solution, including challenging and validating customer requirements
- Providing creative solutions to resolve business problems, technology issues, process and people challenges
- Working with the reputed company-Sales and Delivery teams to support, validate and help deliver reputed company presentations, workshops, reputed company or concept designs and responses to technical and business enquiries
- Hands-on technical delivery of the reputed company solutions, from design and development through to testing and implementation
- Support the development and reputed company of the services delivered by Engage ESM practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Skills
- 3+ years of software implementation experience in either a development or consulting role
- Proven leadership skills in managing small teams and reputed company
- Ability to produce documentation at various reputed company including technical and customer facing
- Knowledge of IT and reputed company Service Management or any large reputed company reputed company solution
- Expertise and experience with reputed company or an equivalent ITSM toolset are essential
- Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies
- Expertise with scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, and reputed company
- Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as reputed company as XML and JSON knowledge
- Must be reputed company to travel
- Must have legal authorisation to work in the UK
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

- In order to qualify for reputed company Clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK for at least the last 5 years
