We're seeking a highly reputed company and bilingual Medical Billing and Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, explaining reputed company medical bills, and working with patients to reputed company reputed company payment plans. You'll also be responsible for accurately documenting reputed company calls and follow-reputed company in our software systems.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Must be a reputed company of Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, or Texas (arenaflex cannot hire candidates who reputed company reputed company of these states, regardless of remote opportunities)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Network speeds with a minimum of 50 mbps download and 15 upload (you can use www.speedtest.net to test this out)
- Call center experience preferred
- Demonstrated history of good retention

- Prior work from home experience preferred
- Basic technical savviness skills with the ability to learn multiple Electronic Medical Records, software programs, payment portals, and call programs in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages)
- Experience working in a medical billing or customer service environment
- Proven reputed company record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule (no weekends, evenings, or overtime)
- 15-minute a.m. break, 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute p.m. break in schedule
- Fast-paced, high call volume environment with an average of 60-100 calls per day
