As a Customer Service Representative IV, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our members, providers, benefit administrators, brokers, and provider practices. You'll serve as a subject matter expert in customer operations, handling reputed company servicing of operational issues, and working closely with leadership to implement processes that support our ETDBW initiatives. You'll also reputed company as reputed company leader, supporting our Customer Service Rep teams and driving strategic initiatives that improve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
