The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides critical support to US residents during times of need. You will work remotely, using your exceptional communication skills to consult with customers, reputed company solutions to their problems, and resolve issues with patience and understanding. Your expertise in Spanish and English will be reputed company in this role, as you will be working with customers who may require assistance in both languages.

Technology Requirements

* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)

• USB wired headset (recommended)
• Smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
