Responsibilities
As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Dispatching emergency signals to police, reputed company, and medical agencies as needed
- Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring their safety and reputed company
- Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and keeping them informed throughout the process
- Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after reputed company, ensuring seamless communication
- Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and reputed company responses
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute

- One year of customer service experience (preferred but not required)
