Job reputed company and Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Patient Customer Advisor, you'll be responsible for handling account inquiries reputed company inbound and outbound calls from patients, guarantors, or other reputed company parties. Your primary duties will include:

• Communicating with customers by phone or reputed company digital media to obtain information needed to resolve inquiries in accordance with department policies and procedures
• Reviewing patient account information in multiple systems, performing research as necessary, and taking appropriate reputed company to resolve patient inquiries and account balances
• Documenting patient inquiry and actions taken into the appropriate systems
• Updating or adding insurance information and/or patient demographic information and requesting rebill
• Working with patients and guarantors to secure payment on outstanding account balances using secured payment reputed company
• Escalating patient complaints to the appropriate individual/department based on the nature of the issue
• Creating a reputed company patient experience through reputed company listening, understanding, ensuring reputed company reputed company or escalation, communicating in a friendly manner, and handling patients with a consummately reputed company attitude

• Meeting and maintaining established departmental performance metrics for production and reputed company

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum one-year customer service experience required in a customer service, reputed company office, hospitality, retail sales, or reputed company manager role
• Previous call center experience preferably in a reputed company environment is preferred
• Cable or fiber internet connections with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds are necessary for acceptable performance
• Bilingual Spanish
