As a key member of our 24/7 operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reputed company and efficient delivery of our services to our customers across the country. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the first line of contact for customers' routine reporting requirements, providing them with status updates as needed.
• Communicating effectively with customers and drivers, providing concise instructions and information through verbal and written communication reputed company.
• Answering and processing requests received through inbound calls and emails in a reputed company manner.
• Monitoring routes for exceptions and reputed company reputed company conditions, and providing reputed company feedback to reputed company customers.
• Escalating reputed company non-routine customer inquiries appropriately to solve operational issues.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete arenaflex employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
