The Role

As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients' customers. You will be responsible for:

• Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
• Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
• Responding to customer inquiries with reputed company and reputed company listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
• Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to reputed company products or services

What You Bring to the Role

* Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
• High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience
