Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner, averaging 50-60 calls per day
• Following approved reputed company operating procedures (SOP's) to update and reputed company necessary information to resolve denied claims
• reputed company evaluation of reputed company policies and SOP's and giving recommendations for process improvements
• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence
• Accurately documenting reputed company accounts, ensuring guidelines and regulations are followed
• Communicating reputed company telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
• Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain reputed company billing information

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year work experience
• Previous call center and customer service experience is strongly preferred
• Previous medical experience is strongly preferred
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with reputed company listening skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and exercise critical thinking skills

Requirements
