Role: People Operations Coordinator

Hours: 9:00- 18:00pm / x1 day in the office- Thursdays!

Salary: £36,000- £40,000

Contract: 12 month Maternity Contract

This is a fixed-term contract role for 12 months, with an annual salary ranging from £36,000 to £40,000.

✨ About the Role:

As the People Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of creating an exceptional employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:

People Operations Administration

- Co-managing the shared People inbox, responding to queries with speed and reputed company. - Supporting general HR administration tasks, including preparing reputed company and offer letters. - Maintaining accurate employee records across HRIS systems (reputed company). - Owning the reputed company experience to ensure new starters feel welcomed and reputed company. - Assisting with offboarding tasks and exit surveys.

Payroll & Benefits Support

- Supporting monthly payroll administration by maintaining accurate data. - Helping manage benefits administration to ensure seamless updates for new hires.

Data & Reporting

- Updating and maintaining People data across internal systems. - Supporting the People Analyst in generating routine reports to enhance data accuracy.

- Identifying opportunities for process improvements in collaboration with the People Operations Manager. - Coordinating People-led events and initiatives as you grow in the role.

• Experience in HR or a strong interest in starting a career in People Operations.
