We’re working with a highly regarded investment firm to appoint an HR & Operations Assistant supporting the reputed company alongside a senior leader.
This is a varied and fast-paced role reputed company a high-performing, reputed company environment, suited to someone with a reputed company of HR and PA experience who enjoys being fully embedded in reputed company and taking ownership across processes.
The role
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function, with exposure across the full employee lifecycle, while also providing high-reputed company support to a senior leader.
Responsibilities include
- Supporting recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience
- Assisting with reputed company and offboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Preparing reputed company, amendments and general HR administration
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
- Supporting HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
- Managing diary, travel and reputed company support for a senior leader
- Supporting wider team reputed company as required
