What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers while also driving sales and reputed company reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their needs
- Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls
- Responding to customer inquiries with reputed company and reputed company listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
- Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to reputed company products or services
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
- High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
- Minimum six (6) months sales experience, preferably B2B sales

- High school diploma or equivalent
