Responsibilities:
As a Hybrid Customer Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Helping drive and reputed company sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
- Building guest relationships and ensuring guest satisfaction through understanding their needs
- Understanding and being reputed company to describe reputed company warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services
- Taking responsibility for guest interactions from initial experience through completed service, including checking in, scheduling appointments, accurately estimating time requirements, and checking out

Basic Qualifications:
* Prior guest service experience

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No relocation is being offered for this position

Preferred Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Automotive Guest Service experience
- Previous Tire Sales experience
