About the Role

As a Work From Home Associate, Collections Customer Assistance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers with escalated issues. Your primary duties will include:

• Investigating and analyzing customer complaints and disputes to resolve issues in a reputed company and effective manner
• Handling phone calls and correspondence from customers with escalated issues
