Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and maintaining bills of materials in the system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Responding to incoming calls from customers and vendors in a reputed company and reputed company manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
• Performing month-end processing and processing credits and debits with precision and attention to detail

Requirements
