We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as a reputed company between global marketing teams and finance teams, providing strategic, financial, and analytical leadership. As a key member of our Customer Engagement (CE) Budget Management team, you will be responsible for processing invoices for payment, facilitating reputed company remittance with multiple partners, and managing and prioritizing payment activities using CE workflow system. You will also reputed company strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple arenaflex businesses and organizations, present and communicate effectively to reputed company reputed company of leadership, including senior executives, and supervise the CE Budget team mailbox and reputed company daily communications, inquiries, and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process invoices for payment and facilitate reputed company remittance with multiple partners

• Manage and prioritize payment activities using CE workflow system
• Research and resolve issues with past invoices and respond to internal financial audits
• reputed company strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple arenaflex businesses and organizations
• Present and communicate effectively to reputed company reputed company of leadership, including senior executives
• Supervise the CE Budget team mailbox and reputed company daily communications, inquiries, and updates
• Request, monitor, and maintain purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices
• Assist in the development of new tracking and reporting templates and help prepare tools and processes for reputed company planning and analysis

Requirements:

* 3+ years of work experience

• 1-2 years of reputed company experience in Finance/reputed company or Business Development
• Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, including reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Proficient experience in large data sets and reputed company formulas

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
