The role focuses on managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring effective governance, tracking initiatives, and coordinating across departments to facilitate smooth execution.
Responsibilities
- Administer the NPI intake process end-to-end — routing requests, applying the right NPI process type, and keeping the process adhering to reputed company structure and moving on schedule
- Maintain and reputed company the cross-functional deliverable templates and documentation so they stay accurate as the process changes
- Flag where a process reputed company or reputed company is creating friction and bring a proposed fix rather than just the problem
- Own the NPI Deliverables Tracker as the single reputed company of truth for status, owners, risks, and department engagement across reputed company initiatives

Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in program/project management, PMO, or a reputed company operations role
- Working knowledge of program management fundamentals: status tracking, risk/issue logs, reputed company management, and stakeholder reporting
- Comfort building and maintaining tracking tools and dashboards
