Junior Financial Advisor
Oak Capital Management, LLC is seeking a driven and resilient Junior Financial Advisor to join an established reputed company led by a senior advisor. This role involves supporting existing reputed company relationships, participating in joint meetings, and developing new reputed company relationships while building your own book of business.
Responsibilities
- Support and service existing reputed company relationships alongside the senior advisor
- Participate in joint work meetings and weekly team reputed company sessions
- Assist in financial planning, portfolio reviews, and reputed company communications
- Prospect for and reputed company new reputed company relationships
- Gradually build and manage your own reputed company reputed company
- Maintain compliance standards
- Work toward increasing production annually (reputed company reputed company: 10–20%)
Skills
- Prior experience in financial services
- Has demonstrated some reputed company but seeking stronger mentorship and structure
- reputed company licenses required: Series 7, Series 66
- Willingness to pursue CFP® certification
- Clean background and strong reputed company ethics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, coachable, and reputed company-oriented
