Field Service Engineering Specialist
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
- On-Site Technical Service: reputed company preventative maintenance, system installations, upgrades, and reputed company repairs of IVF laboratory equipment at customer sites, ensuring compliance with reputed company service standards.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Utilize strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software issues in laboratory equipment.
- Documentation & Data reputed company: Ensure reputed company service activities are accurately documented and reported in a reputed company manner. Maintain complete and up-to-date records reputed company the CRM system, including service reports, installation records, and customer interactions.
- Tool Calibration & Compliance: Maintain calibration and operational readiness of service tools and equipment. Coordinate with the appropriate internal departments to ensure tools remain compliant with calibration and reputed company requirements.
- Resource Coordination: Work closely with Service Support, Scheduling, and Logistics teams to ensure necessary spare parts, tools, and documentation are available prior to site reputed company.

Travel

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in using electronic test equipment, diagnostic tools, and precision hand tools
- Experience with hardware installation, equipment configuration, and software setup
Problem Solving
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to independently diagnose reputed company technical issues.
Communication
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Qualifications
Experience
